WHF.REAS, vacation is in conformance with the City's Ceneral Plan;

1. Thnt all or any prote5ts aRainst che vacatf~m of said portion of
Ci[y street be and hereby are overruled and denied;
2. That said portinn of IIollin~er Rond described and shown in
Exhlbits "A" and "B" nttached here[o and made part hcrcuf, be and hereby
is vacated, bu[ is retained as a public utility easement.
