CC Resolution No. 6346 ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 6346 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPR(17ING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 1W0 PARCELS OF LAND WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d) OF SUBDIVZSION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY t~ 1984~ LOTS 4 AND 5~ TRACT N0. 5990, RAINBOWS END. WHEHEAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line ad,justment between lots 4 and 5 of Tract No. 5990, and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the ad~ustment to see if a parcel map is required; and WHEREAS, in aecordance With Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Aet this ad,~ustment may be made without filing a parcel map; NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT flESOLYED that the City Council of the City of Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line ad,justment and exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map. Tract 5940 owned by Larry Frisone and Gloria V, Frisone. The line being chanqed and the new lot areas are shown on Exhibit A, at- tached, The parcel configurations are in compliance with Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the State of California, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local ozdinances enacted pursuant thereto. Further~ that as a result of this Certificate of Compliance, the sale, lease, or financing of these parcels of land shall not constitute a violation of the Subdivision Map Act or local ordinance.
