AESOLUTION N0. 6345
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE CUPERTINO
APPROVING PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF PROPERTY
LOCATED ON CLEO AVENUE; DEVELOPER~ CHARLFS N. AND CECELIA
MASSEY; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT ACREEMENT;
AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS
HHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Couneil for
approval of the parcel map and improvement plans of property located
• at 2066T Cleo Avenue by Charles H. and Cecelia Massey; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Couneil a proposed
agreement for the construetion of streets, curbs, and gutters, and
for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of
credit), fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been
' presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying
out of said agreement; and said map, agreement~ and bonds having been
approved by the City Attorney;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT AESOLVED THAT
a. Said parcel map and improvement plans herein referred to are
hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for street areas and all easements ,
is hereby accepted.
e. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said
improvement plans.
d. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereDy authorized
to sign said parcel map and have it recorded.
e. The Mayor a~d the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
exeoute the agreement herein referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Cupertino this 4th day of June, 1984 by the following
