A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT RECORDED
OCTOBER 27, 1971 IN BOOK 9565 AT PAGE 207 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara entered into an agreement recorded
October 27, 1971 in Book 9565 at Page 207 of Official Records, relative to
land development improvements of property located on Alhambra Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino as successor in interest to the County
of Santa Clara hereby wishes to release and terminate said agreement as it
is now superseded by a new City agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino hereby
releases and terminates the aforementioned agreement and the Mayor and the
City Clerk are authorized to execute the Release in behalf of the City of
Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 21st day of May, 1984 by the following vote:
