ACCEPTLNG CERTAIN EASEMENTS, AUTHORI'L1NG SIGNING OF PINAL :tAP AND iMI'ROVE- MENT PLANS, AUTNORI'LING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT iN CONNECTiON TtiEREWlTH WHF:REAS, there has been presented to [he City Council for approval and for authorizaCion to record final map of Trac[ No. 7616 located at the northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Rou[e 85 showing certain avenue, drives, places, and roads by Cupertino Commercial Development (August Liebelt, Et A1.); and WHEREAS, there lias been presented to [he City Council a proposed agreemen[ for the cons[ruction oF streets, curbs, and gutters, anS fvr other improvemen[c~, and good aad suFficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set for[h in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance oE said work and the carrying ou[ of said agreement; and said map, agreemen[ and bonds having been approved by [he City A[torney, NOW, THEREOFRE, BE LT RESOLVED THAT a. Said final map and improvement plans of Tract No. 7616, be and the same are hereby approved. b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby accep[ed. c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map. d. The City EngLneer is hereby authorized to sign Che improvement plans. e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized [o execute the agreement I~erein referred to.
