CC Resolution No. 6240 ~ ~ ,j. ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 6240 i I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ' APPROVING PARCEL MAPS AND IPIPROVEMENT PI.ANS OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT TtiE NORTHWEST CORNER OF DE ANZA BOULEVARA AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARU, DEVELOPER IiARE, BREWER AND KELLY, INC.; AUTklORIZING EXECUTION OF IPIPROVEMENT AGREEMENT; AUTNORIZING SIGNING OF PARCEL MAPS, IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND PUBLIC SIDEWALK MAINTENAi:CE AGREEMENT Wf1EREAS, there has been presen[ed to the City Council for npproval of two parcel maps and improvement plans oE property located at tt~e north- wes[ corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and De Anza Boulevard by Hare, Brewer und Kelly, Inc. WIIEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed public sidewalk maintenance agreement for the construction of s[reets, curbs, and gutters~ and for ather improvements, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit). fees, nnd deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreements; and said maps. agreements, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED T1iAT a. Said two parcel maps and improvement plans herein referred to are hereby approved. b. The offer of dedication for street areas and all easements is hereby accepted. c. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to gign said improvement plans. d. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized [o sign said parcel map ar,d have it recorded. e. The Mayor and the Ci[y Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the two agreements herein referred to.
