A NESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC SIGNS AT
VARIOUS INTEftSECTIONS
NHEREA3~ the City Council of the City of Cupertino has
expressed the desire to mitigate traffic problems in Cupertino;
and
WHEREAS. Section 21351 of the California Yehicle Code
provides that local authoritiea 1~ their ~urlsdiction shall
place and maintain or cause to be placed and maintained traffic
signs, signals, and other traffic control devices upon streeLs
and highways to warn or guide traffic; '

NON, TN6REFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the City Councll of the `
City of Cupertino approves the following eigns to be p2aced,
effective January 18, 1984. for a b0 day trial period.
