A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 FOR MONTA VISTA
PARK PROJECT 79 -53
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 7 for addition to work which has been approved by
the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be,
and it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
MONTA VISTA PARK PROJECT 79 -53
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropria-
tion is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 31st day of October , 1983 by the following vote:
