A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AMENDING THE RULES ON CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
WHEREAS, the Rules on Conditions of Employment need to be modified in
order to conform with the Memoranda of Understanding between City of
Cupertino and the Miscellaneous Employees Unit and Public Works Unit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rules on Conditions of
Employment be amended as shown in Attachment "A" which is incorporated
in this resolution by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Citv Council of the
City of Cupertino this 5th day of July ,1983 by the following
vote:
