A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR CITY HALL BASE-
MENT MODIFICATION PROJECT 79-56 - ELECTRICAL
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 1 for addition to work which has been approved by the
Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and
it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
CITY BALL BASEMENT MODIFICATION
PROJECT 79-56 - ELECTRICAL
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appro-
priation is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 4th._ day of April 1983 by the following vote:
