CC Resolution No. 6064RESOLUTION NO. 6064 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC 11EARING FOR CONSID- ERATION OF ANNEXATION OF THE AREA DESIGNATED "FOOTHILL BOULEVARD 82-03" WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cupertino wishes to consider annexation of a certain area designated "Foothill Boulevard 82-03", and WHEREAS, the City Council shall serve in the capacity of the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commission to consider this annexation; and WHEREAS, the Surveyor of the County of Santa Clara has certified the map and description dated February 23, i983 as being in accordance with Government Cede Section 35150.5/56250.5 and that the boundaries of said territory are definite and certain, and WHEREAS, the County Surveyor has further certified that the proposal is In compliance with County road annexation policies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED that Monday, the 2nd day of May, 1983 at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Nall, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California is the time and place fixed for hearing on the above proposed annexation.
