CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM MARY ANN MINAKER CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .02 ACRES, LOCATED SOUTH SIDE OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD EAST OF BYRNE AVENUE dHERLA5, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway _ Purposes which is in good and suf- ffcicnt form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Calfocnia, casement over certain real property for RoadwaV _ _ _ _ purposes, situate in the City of Cuper- Lino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached ihereto and made a part hereof.
