RESOLUTION NO. 6042
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM JOHN ROBERT
FEIJO AND VICTORIA ANNETTE FEIJO, AND ARNOLFO N. NITE AND
REBECCA P. NITE AND MONTA VISTA PROPERTIES A GENERAL
PARTNERSHIP, AND JUAN S. MELCHOR AND JULIA DAVID MELCHOR
LOCATED ON MADRID ROAD
WHEREAS, John Robert Feijo and Victoria Annette Feijo, and Arnolfo
N. Nite and Rebecca P. Nite and Monta Vista Properties, A General Partner-
ship, and Juan S. Melchor and Julia David Melchor have executed a grant
deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real
property situate, in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in
Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .18 acres, located on Madrid Road
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 22nd day of February , 1983, by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF A PORTION OF MADRID
SITUATE in the County of Santa Clara, State of C.
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Cupertino.
BEING a portion of a 40 foot strip of land shown and delineated as
Madrid Road upon that certain map entitled "Map of Colony Tract Monta
Vista", said map filed for record April 11, 1917, in Volume P of Maps
at Page 21, Official Santa Clara County Records and more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of the above described
Madrid Road said point being the intersection of said line with the
northerly line of Lot 20 as said lot is shown upon the map of "Tract No.
366311, said map filed for record July 22, 1965, in Book 197 of Maps at
Page 40, Official Santa Clara County Reocrds: Thence from said point
of beginning, along said westerly line North 198.26 feet more or less
to a beginning of curve delineated on the before mentioned "Map of Colony
Tract Monta Vista"; Thence along a curve to the left, tangent to the
preceeding course, with a radius of 15.00 feet, thru a central angle of
115038', an arc length of 30.27 feet to a point of cusp in the southerly
line of McClellan Road (40.00 feet wide) as shown ugon said map; Thence
along the southerly line of McClellan Road North 64 22' East 77.64 feet
to a point of cusp as shown upon said map; Thence leaving said southerly
line of McClellan Road, along the arc of a curve to the left, from a
tangent bearing South 64022, West, with a radius of 15.00 feet, thru a
central angle of 640221, an arc length of 16.85 feet to an end of curve
in the easterly line of Madrid Road as shown upon said map; Thence along
the last mentioned line South 231.85 feet more or less to the northerly
line of the before mentioned Tract No. 3663; Thence along said northerly
line West 40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
