A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR CITY HALL
BASEMENT MODIFICATION PROJECT 79-56 DEMOLITION
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 1 for deletion to work which has been approved by
the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be,
and it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
CITY HALL BASEMENT MODIFICATION PROJECT 79-56, DEMOLITION
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropria-
tion is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 7th day of February , 1983, by the following vote:
