A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUYERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER N0. 1 FOR CORPORATION
YARD PARKING LOT RESURFACING, PROJECT 79-16
RESOLVED by the City Council oF the City of Cupertino, California,
that Chunge Order No. 1 for addition to work which hae been approved by
the Director of Public Works and this day preaented to this Council, be,
and it is hereby approved in conjunction with the pro~ect known as
, CORPORATION YARD PARKING LOT RESURFACING PROJECT 79-16
BE IT FURTkIER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropria-
tion is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 4th day of October , 1982, by the following vote:
