RESOLUTION N0. 5934
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER N0. 1 FOR MERCEDES TANK
RECOATING, PROJECT 82-2K AND AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 1 for addition to work which has been approved by
the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be,
and it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
MERCEDES TANK RECOATING,
PROJECT 82-2K
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the water utility
fund in the amount of $4,000.00 ia hereby approved to cover this Change
Order.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino thia t~rt, day of A„~i~ , 1982 by the following
