1J11EREAS, [here has been presen[ed to the Clty Council for approval of
~ [he parcel map and improvement plans of property located on Crescent Road
' by Pfargare[ich Construction, Inc.; and
WlIERF.AS, there has been presen[ed to the City Council a proposed agreement
for the construction oE streets, curbs, and gut[ers, and for other improvements,
and good and sufCicient bonds (let[er of credit), fees, and deposits as set forth
in Exhibit "A: having been presented for the fai[hful performance of said work
; and [he carrytnK out oE said agreement; and said map a{;reement, and bonds having
been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THF.REFORF., DE IT RESOLVED TtIAT
Said pnrcel map and improvemen[ plans herein referred [o are hereby
approved.
b. The offer of dedication for street areas and all easements !s hereby
accepted.
c. The Ci[y Engineer is hcreby auchorized to si~;n R8L(I improvement plans.
d. The Cit~~ F.n~ineer and tho C?ty Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said
parcel map and have it recorded.
e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized [o execute the agree-
ment herein referred to.
