A RESOLUTIOi~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF. CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVIIiG PARCEL MAP ANll IMPROVF.~tENT PLANS OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT T1iE SOUTIIEAST CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK BOULE-
VARp AND FINCH AVENUE; DEVELOPER, BARCLAY'S BANK OF CAL-
IFORNIA AND CYPRESS BUILDING ASSOCIATES; AUTl10RIZING EX-
ECU'fiUN UF IMPROV II1ENT AGREEt~fENT; AUTHORIZING SICNING OF
PARCEL tfAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS
IJHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council far npproval of
[he parcel map and improvement plans of property located at the southeast
corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue by Barclay's Dank of
California and Cypress Building Associates; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agree-
ment for the construction of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, and for other
improvements, with provisions for undergrounding utilities on a deferred
hasis; and good ~nd sufficient bonds (letter of credit), fees, and deposi[s
as set forth in Exhibit "A " having been presented for the faithful performance
of sald work nnd the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement,
and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney:
NOW, THEREFORE, 6E IT RESOLVED Tk1AT
a. Said parcel map and improvement plans herein referred co are
hereby approved.
b. The ofEer of dedication for street areas and all easements is hereby
accepted.
c. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said improvement
plans.
d. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
said parcel map and have it recorded.
e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
f. The deferred agreement shall he recorded with the County Recorder.
