RESOLllTION N0. 5695
' A RESOLUTION OF TFiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 5499 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A COOPERATIVE SERVICES ACREEMENT ~
WEiEREAS, the City of Cupertino desires to cooperative with other public
service agencies in the purchase and provision of employee benefits in order
to affect economies and more efficiently and effectively provide said benefits
and services; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Services Agreement has been prepared and presented
to Ci[y Council; and
tJHEREAS, it is of benefit to the City of Cupertino and in the best public
interest to join together with other par[ies to establish this Agreement;
NOW, TIIF.REFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Cupertinn
hereby re~scinds Resolution No. 5499 and authorizes the Dtayor and the City Clerk to
execute the Cooperative Services Agreement for the purchase and proviaion of employee
benefits.
