for authoriza[ion [o record final map oE Tract No. 6794 located at the nor[h-
' east corner of Foothill ISoulevard and PlcClellan Road showing cer[ain avenues,
drives, places, and roads, by Martin-Hayes, Inc.; and
IJHEREAS, there has been presented to [he Ci[y Council a proposed agree-
ment for the construc[ion of streets, curbs, and giitters, and for other
improvemen[s, and good and sufficien[ bonds, fees, and deposits as se[ forth
in Exhibi[ "A" having been presented for the Eaithful performance of said work
and the carrying out ot said agreemen[; and said map, agreement, and bonds
havings been approved by [he City A[torney;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED Tk1AT
a. S~Id final map and improvemen[ plans of Trac[ 6794, be and the
same are hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedica[ion for roadway and for easemen[s is hereby
accepted.
c. The City Gngineer and the Ci[y Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
SIIId Einal map.
d. The Ci[y Engineer is herehy authorized [o si~n [he improvement
plans.
e. The Dtayur and the City Clerk are hereby auChorized to execute the
aFreemen[ heretn reEerred to.
