OF TIIE CITY OF CUPERTINO ORDERING VACATION OF PORTTONS OF PUBLIC UTILITY AND WIRE CLEARANCE EASEMENTS; LOT 1-7, INCI.USIVE, TRACT N0. ll81, SOUTHWEST CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND FINCH ' AVENUE PURSUANT TO SF.CTION 50430 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~ WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 5568 was held on April 6, , 1981, a[ a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California; and II WHEREAS, it appears tha[ notice thereof was duly given as required by law; i and WFtEREAS, from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it appears to be to the best interest of the City [o vucate the hereinafter described portions of public utility clearance and wire easements; that said portions of said public utility and wire clearance easements are unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes; I ; NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVEd: i L That all or any pratests against the vacation of said portions of public ; utility and wire clearance easements be and hereby are overruled and denied; 2. That those certain portions of public utitity and wire clearance easements described and shown in Exhiblts "A" and "B" a[tached hereto and made part hereof, be and hereby are vaca[ed.
