present and prospective use; and

et seq. of [he Government Code of [he State of Callfornia; and

its intention to vaca[e the aforesaid slope easemen[;
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED:

City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California is the tlme and place
fixed Eor heartng on [he above proposed vacatlon;
2. Tha[ the aforesa[d date is not less [han 15 days from passage of
this resolutton pursuant to law;
3. That the Ci[y Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resoluti~n
to be published !n the manner pre~:cribed by law, and shnll rause certified
copiee [o be pos[ed alun~ the line of satd property proposed Lo be vac~[ed
at least 10 days before the date of hearing and no more [han 300 feet ap~r[
