with the necessary valves and other appuYtenances, under, upon and
over that certain parcel of land in the City of Cupertino, State of
California, more particularl}~ described as follows:
' Beginning at the most Southerly common corner of Lots 1 and 18 of
' Tract No. 6633, as shown on the Map of said Tract, filed in BooY.
451 of Maps, at pages 34 and 35, Santa Clara County Records, said
corner lying on the Northerly boundary of Voss Avenue; thence
~ leaving said Northerly boundary Northerly along said common lot
line Nortli 28° 52' 18" East 24.45 feet to the intersection of said
lot line with the Southerly line of a 15 foot waterline easement,
