A RESOLUTLON OF T}iG CITY COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF CUPERTINO
DECLARING LTS INTENTION TO ORDER VACATION OF A YORTIOI~ OF
A WATERLINE EASE2~iFNT WITHIN THE CITY OF CUPERTINO PllR-
SUANT TO SECTION 50430 ET SEQ. OF THE GOVERNMFNT CODE OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FIXINC TIDtE AND PLACE FOR HEAR-
' ~ ING AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF; TRACT 6633, CUPER-
TIIdO KNOLLS
WHEREAS, [ha[ certain waterline easement within Tract No. 6633, Cuper-
' [ino hnolls, more particularly described in description and map at[ached
~ hereto and made par[ hereof as ExhiMts "A" and "B", is deemed unnecessary
for present and prospective use; and
WHEREAS, the City Council elects to proceed pursuant to Section 50430
, et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California; and
j WHEREAS, it is in [he publlc interest that [he City Council initiates
' the vacation of said easement;
NOW, TkIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV(iD that the City Council hereby declares
its intention to vacate the aforesaid waterline easement;
~ BE IT FGRTHER RGSOLVEll:
~ L 1. That [he Sth day of January, 1981, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council
Chnmber, City llall, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California is [he time
• and place fixed for hearing on the above proposed vacation;
2. Tha[ [he aforesatd date is not Less than 15 days from passage
of this resolution purs~ant to law;
3. Tha[ the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution
to be published in the manner prescribed by taw, and shall cause certified
copies to be pos[ed along the line of said property proposed to be vacated
at least 10 days before the date o[ hearing nnd no more than 300 feet apart
with a ninimum of 3 being posted.

of Cupertino this lst day of December , 1980 by the foliowing vote:
