RESOLUTION 5481
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-81
kHEREAS, the State of Californla has adopted legislation
requiring local jurisdic[ions to calcula[e their appropria[ion
Limits in complying with Proposition 4; and
kHEREAS, said limits are determined by a formula based upon
growth and cost of living factors; and
' kHEREAS, the local governing body is required to set an approp-
, ' iation limit by adoption oE a resolution;
NOk, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that [he City Council of Cupertino
hereby approves a 1980-81 fiacal year appropriation limit of
$13,204,550.

' the Ci[y of Cupertino this 3rd day of November , 1980
