A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CDPERTINO
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 5429 EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM OF
~ REAL PROPERTY TO REGNART CREEK ESTATES LTD., OROGRANDE
~ PLACE

Resolution No. 5429 is hereby amended to read as follows:
WHEREAS, the City has approved the tentative map for Tract 6845; and
WHEREAS, the City has acquired the additional Fee Title along Orogrande
~ Place; and
I
WHEREAS, said Fee Title is in excess of the area required for the widening
of Orogrande Place;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ptayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the Quitclaim of real property as described in
Exhibits "A" and "B" to Regnart Creek Estates Ltd., in behalf of the City of
~ Cupertino.
