A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AMENDING THE RULES UNDER THE PERSONNEL CODE TO EFFECT A
CNANCE IN DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATION
IrHEREAS, a change in departmental organization has resulted in the
replacement of the Director of Personnel by a Personnel Officer; and
I:HEREAS, the Rules under provisions of the Peraonnel Code ahould
reflect the correct position terminology;
NOG, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the designation of Director of
i Personnel or Personnel Director be amended to read Personnel Officer in
the following named sections of the Rules or Conditions of Employment:
