' GIHEREAS, De Anza Venture, a Partnership hae executed a(:rant of
, Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form prant~np.
' to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easemen[
' ov,er certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
' made a part hereof, which is as follows:
' All that certnin real property aituate in the CiEy of. Cupertino,
County af Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .096 acres along the nor[h side of Stevens Creek Aoulevard
' east of De Anza Boulevard,
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant ao tendered; and
IT IS FURTitER RESOI.VED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.

BEGINNING at an angle point in the general southerly tine of the parcel of land
shnwn as "2.357 acres net" upon the Parcel Map, recorded in Qook 401 of Maps at
' Pa9e 7, records of Santa Clara County, said point being the southerly terminus of
' the course shown thereon as "N 0° 04' 00" E, 177.58 feet", said point 6eing in
' the westerly boundary line of the parcel of land described within the Deed,
