~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF. CITY OF CUPERTINO A2dENDMENT
OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL PLAN AND STEVENS
CREEK HOULEVARD SPECIFIC PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing involving written
reports and testimony from the Planning Commission, directly affected
property owners, and citizens in general, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded its deliberation relative to the
Land Use Element revision of said General Plan and Specific Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the amendment to the City of Cupertino General Plan
concerning land changes for Area E as set forth in Exhibit A
attached here[o and made a part thereof, is hereby adopted.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor [o endorse said adoption.

III. LAND USE AMENDFIENT
General Plan Land Use Amendment: Planned Residential with a permitted density
of 10-15 units per gross acre.
The subject property shall be designed in a manner which minimizes the potentlal
visual impacts upon the ad,joining single-family residen[ial fiomes nnd uhich
blends Che building scale and intensity into the surrounding nei~hborhood.
Along these lines~ the folloWing design guidelines ehall be adhered to:
