A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER N0. 6 FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INTERCONNECT SYSTEM PROJECT 78-12
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No. 6 for addition to work which has been approved by
the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be,
and it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECT SYSTIIt
PROJECT 78-12
BE IT FURTHER RE50LVED that funds are available and no further
appropriation is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council oE the
