CC Resolution No. 5295 ~ ~ ~ RESOLllTION N0. 5295 A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ~ ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEAfENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM BART F. LANDAUER CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .0148 ACRE, LOCATED SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND ORANGE AVENUE WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Roadwav Purposes which is in good and auf- ficient form granting to the City of Cuper[ino, County of SRoadwayara, State of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for purposes, situate in the City of Cuper- tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTFiER RESOLVED, that Che City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
