THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follovs: 1, Development of Houaing. Commu~lty shall develop up to tWeoty-five units of housiag for low and moderate-income pereon~ (the "Project") vithin the City of Cupertino or its aphere of influence (the "Project Area"). The Project shall be developed on properties [o be acquired by Community vithin the Proje:ct Area. Such housing shall be developed in accordance with applicabl~ laWS of the City of Cupertino and [he ~Urban County and in accord- ance wi[h etate or~federal funding programs, including viCl~out limication programs of the Deparcment of Nousing and Urban Uevrl- opmenc ("HUD"). the California Housing'Financing Agency and chC I, California Department of Houeing and Community Development. City , shall provide guidance to insure that goals and objec[ives of the City's General Plan are being met. ,I 2. CDBG Funds.
