f WfiEREAS. pursuant ko the provisions of the Municipal Organizatfon Act
~ of 1977, proceedings have beea initiated by the City Council, at the request
of all the ovners of the real•property situace in the property hereinafter
described, on its own motion to annex to the C1ty all of that uninhabited
territory situate in ~ C1Co~~t~ ~ 6Santa Clara. State of California hereby
designated as ; and
WHEREAS, the`Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commission, by
Resolution No. 79-187 adopted the 12 day of December , 197 ,
has authorized the City of Cupertino to annex the territory described in Exhibit
"A" and as shown on the map in F~chibit "B", designated as McClellan79-6,
vithout notice. hearing or electioa in accordance aith Section 35221 of the ~
i Government Code; and

; WFiEREAS, the City Council finda chat it is to the best interest of the
City and of the territory proposed to be annexed that the territory be annexed
i without public hearing;
~ NOW, TEiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the territory described in Exhibit
"A" and as ahown on [he map in Exhibit "B". attached hereto and made part
hereof, ia hereby anaexed to the City of Cupertino.

together with a portion af McClellan Road as shown upon said map, said

annexation to the City of Cupertino by Resolution No. 4733 entitled,
