A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES TO
THOMAS MCNAIR, APN 357-04-067, PORTION OF PARCEL 2,
MCCLELLAN ROAD AND MIRA VISTA DRIVE
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino grant to Thomas McNair,
an easement for Sanitary Sewer Purposes over that real property located in City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land of a uniform width of five feet the westerly line of which is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southerly terminus of the course recited as "S 18° 14' 13" W
102.20'" on said Parcel Map, said course being the general westerly line of said
Parcel 2 and being the easterly line of the lands of McNair as described in the deed
recorded in Book P153 at page 1578, Official Records of Santa Clara County; thence
South 82° 23' 06" East 14.00 feet, more or less, to the centerline of an existing 10'
wide sewer easement shown on said Parcel Map as being recorded in Book 6300 of
Official Records at page 419 and in Book 6144 of Official Records at page 539;
thence northerly along said centerline 5.03 feet; thence North 82° 23' 06" West 13.63
feet, parallel to and distant 5.00 feet, as measured at right angles from said previous
course, to said first mentioned course; thence along last said line South 18° 14' 13"
West 5.09 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 69 square feet more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
said grant of easement on behalf of the City of Cupertino:
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

That land situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, being a portion of Parcel 2 as said parcel is shown on the Parcel Map
filed in Book 611 of Maps at pages 23 and 24, Records of Santa Clara County,
being a five foot wide strip of land described as follows:
Beginning at the southerly terminus of the course recited as "S 18° 14' 13"W
102.20'" on said Parcel Map, said course being the general westerly line of said
Parcel 2 and being the easterly line of the lands of Mc Nair as described in the
