dPPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER N0. 2 FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INTERCONNECT SYSTE21 PROJECT ~8-1?
RLSOLVED by the City Council of [he City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. 2 to modify the scope of work has been approved by the Director
of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be and it is hereby
approved in connection with project known as
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECT SYSTEM PROJECT 78-12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no additionnl funds are necessary.
PASSED aND aDOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
uf Cuper[ino this l7th duy of December , 1979, hy the following vote:
