i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
~ ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SLOPE PURPOSES FROM L 6 L
PROPERTIES, INC. LOCATED WITHIN TRACT 5490 RAINBOW'S END,
ALONG THE SOUTEiWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, APPROXIMATELY 0.02
ACRE
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Crant of Easement for Slope
Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for
Slope purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", at[ached
hereto and made a part.hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, tha[ the City of Cupertino accept said
gzant so tendered; and
i IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and Chis Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 17th day of n mh , 1979, by the following vote:

A 10 foot slope easement further described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 9 as said lot is shown upon tha[ certain Parcel Map
entitled "Tract 5990 Rainbow's End" filed for record in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on May 22,
1979, in Book 442 of Maps at pages 12 and 13, and the most westerly line
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of che southerly line of said Lot 9 and the
easterly Right of Way of Rainbow Drive as said Lot 9 and said Rainbow Drive
are shown on the above mentioned "Rainbow's End" Tract Map; thence northerly
along said Rainbow Drive Right of Way along a curve to the left vith a radius
of 42.00 feet, through a central angle of 78° 06' 12", an arc length of
57.:5 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence tangent to the last said
course along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet, through a
cencral angle of 55° 09' 09", an arc length of 19.25 feet to the terminus.
