' RESOLUTION N0.5170
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SAN-
ITARY SEWER PURPOSES FROM L 6 L PROPERTIES, INC. LOCATED
WITfiIN TRACT 5990 RAINBOW'S END, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY
BOUNDARY OF LOT 6, APPROXIMATELY 0.45 ACRE
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Gran[ of Easement for Public
Utilities and Sanitary Sewer Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for Public Utilities
and Sanitary Sewer purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part.hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, [ha[ the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, [hat the Cicy Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 17th day of December , 1979, by the following vote:

A 40 footPublic Utilities Easement and Sanitary Sewer Easement further described
as follovs:
Being a portion of lots 6~ 7, and 8 as said lots are shovn upon [hat certain
Parcel Map entitled "Tracf. 5990 Rainbow's End" filed for record in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, S[ate of California, on May 22,
1979 in Book 442 of Maps at pages 12 and 13 and the centerline more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most aor[herly common corner of the above mentioned lots
6 and 8~ being also a point on the Right of Way line of Rainbow Drive as
said Rainbov Drive is shown npon the above men[ioned "Rainbov's End"
Tract Map; thence sou[herly along a curve to the right with a radius of
27.56 feet. through a central angle of 106° 13' 19", an arc length of
51.09 feet to the common corner of the above mentioned lots 6, 7, and 8;
[hence N 78° 46' 41"W, 32.44 feet; [hence tangent to las[ said course .
along a curve to the left with a radius of 120.00 feet, [hrough a central
angle of 83° 11' 39", an arc length of 174.45 feet; [hence S 17° 55' 40"W,
23.94 feet; thence tangent to the last said course along a curve [o the
right vith a radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 86° 10' 00",
an arc length of 75.20 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence
tangent to last said course along a curve to [he left with a radius of
183.72 feet, through a central angle of 19° 45' 40", an arc length of
63.36'; thence S 84° 20' 00"W, 78.09 feet to the terroinus, being also the
most westerly common corner of the above mentioned lo[s 6 and 7.
