~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
, ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASF2fENT FOR STORti DRAIN PURPOSES
FROM DON GLIDDEN AND JAMES GRAYSON CONSISTING OF APPROXI-
MATELY .03 ACRES LOCATED BETWEEN REGVART CANYON DRNE AND
REGNART ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for storm
drain Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficien[ form granting to the Ci[y of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for storm
drain purposes, situa[e in [he City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly desczibed in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", a[tached
hereto and made a part.hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOI.VED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this Sth day of NnvamhPr , 1979, by the following vote:

An easement over that certain property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, S[a[e of California.

Being a portion of Parcel 2 as said parcel is delineated on that
certain map filed for record at Book 423 of Maps, pages 15 and 16,
Santa Clara County Records. Said easement being more particularly
described as follocrs:
Beginning at the in[ersection of the centerline of Regnart Road
and the southweat boundary line of said Parcel 2,
Thence, along the centerline of Regnart Road N. 47° 32' 36" E.,
86.00 feet to the centerline of the 15' wide, measured a~ right
angles, storm drain easement,
Thence, N. 38° 43' 03" W., 100.54 feet, along the said centerline
to the Westerly boundary of the said Parcel 2,
Thence, S. 00° 14' 11" W., 136.5 Eeet, more or less, to the Point
of Beginning.
