OF THE GOVERNhtEYT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING A.~ID PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF; LOCATED AT STEVENS CREEK BOUI.EVARD AND RIDGEWaY DRIVE, TRACT Y0. 6499 i ldFiERF.~1S, [ha[ certain storm drain easement located at Stevens Creek Boulevard at Ridgeway Drive, more particularly described in description and map attached hereto and made part heceof as E:chibits "A" and "B" is deemed unnecessary for present and prosepctive use; and WHERFr1S, the City Council elects to proceed pursuant to Section 50430 I et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California; and II I1tiERF.~1S, i[ is in the public interest tha[ the City Council initiates the , vacation of said easement; ~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby declares its , intention to vacate the aforesaid storm drain easement; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: ~ 1. That the 17th day of September, 1979, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California, is the time and place fiYed for hearing on the above proposed vacation; 2. That the aioresaid date is not Less [han 15 days from passage of this resolution pursuant to Law; 3. That the City Clerk shall cause a cer[ified copy of this resolution to be published in the manner prescribed by law, and shall cause cer[ified copies to be posted along the line of said property proposed [o be vacated at Least 10 days before the date of hearing and no more than 300 feet apart with a minimum of 3 being posted. Resolution No. 5099 d strip of land ten (10.0~) feet in width, measured at right angles, the centerline thereof being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a 3/4 inch Iron Pipe on the Northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard (formerly Permanente Road) as deeded by Richard Woelffel and 8lanche B. SJoelffel, his wife, to the County of Santa Clara, dated July 15, 1941 and recorded July 24, 1941 in Book 1051 of Official Records a[ page 24, Santa Clara County Records, distance thereon, North 0° 0' 15" East, 50.00 feet from a 3/4 inch Iron Pipe, said point being the Northeasterly corner of that certain 49.07 acre tract of land described in the deed from George L.
