CC Resolution No. 5050 ` • ~ RESOLUTION N0. 5050 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTI90 ADOPTING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR POSITIONS EXEMPT FROM TAE e PAY PLAN OF TFiE PERSONNEL CODE , WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adjust compensation for those positions exempt from the pay plan of the personnel code in like and equitable relationship to adjustments granted Co positions sub,ject there[o; and WHEREAS, comparative studies and evaluations have been conducted on the affected positions' relationship to the competitive labor-market and personnel management policies; and WHERF.~1S, the attached Salary Schedule "A", made part hereof by reference, has been prepared to accomplish the deslred compensation ad,justments and has been presented to the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to approve and adopt the attached Salary Schedule "A" (Attachment "A"), to be effective luly 4, 1979.
