BROWN, GENERAL PARTNER, ACCEPT- ZNG CERTAIN E~1S~SE*TfS; AUTHORIZI.IG SIG;IING OF FINAL 'fAP AND IDSPROVEME;IT PL~1NS; At1TH0RIZIAiG THE E:CECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHERE.IS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for authorization to record final map of Tract No, 6574 located on the southeast and southwest corners of Byrne Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads by Syrne Avenue Properties, T. ?1. Brown, General Partner; and WHEREaS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement for the construction of streets, cuzbs, and gutters, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the fai[hful performance of said work and [he carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attornev; ;IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL9ED ~hat a. Said final map and improvement plans of Tract ~o. 6574, be and [he same are hereby approved. b. The public service easements shown thereon and che offer of dedica[ion for public utilities are hereby accepted. c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby au[horized to sign said final map. d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvement plans. e. The "tayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute [he agreement herein referred to. f. The City will reimburse the Developer for installation of master storm lines.
