RESOLUTION N0. 4959
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREII~tENT SETWEEN THE CITY AND
RECLIN MUTUAL WATER COMPANY STATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR FudY POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION BY THE CITY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to Che City Council an agreement by
and between the City of Cupertino and the Reglin Mutual Water Company listing
the terms and conditions for any possible future acquisition of the Reglin
Mutual Water Company by [he City of Cupertino, nnd said agreemen[ having been
approved by the Director of Public Works and the City Attorney;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thu[ [he Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the Agreement herein referred to in behalf of the
City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ci[y Council of the City
of Cupertino this 16th day of Anril , 1979, by the following vote:
