• A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT7f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
I ORDERING VACATION OF A PORTION OF A PUBLIC SERVICE EASE-
i MENT WITHIN TRACT N0. 5915. TFiE MEADOWS OF CUPERTINO PUR-
SUANT TO SECTION 50430 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA ,
WHEREAS, hearing on Resolu[ion of Intention No. 4889 was held on Feb-
ruary 5, 1979, at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre Avenue,
i Cupertiao. California; and
~ WHEREAS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given as required by law;
~ and
~ WHEREHS, from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it appears
to be to the best in[erest of [he City to vacate the hereinafcer described poz-
tion of public service easement; that said portion of said public service ease-
men[ is unnecessary for present or prospective easement purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all or any protests against the vacation of said portinn of public
service easement be and hereby are overruled and denied;
2. That those certain portions of public service easement described and
shovn in Exhibits "A" and "B" a[tached hereto and made part hereof, be and hereby
are vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Ci[y Clerk be and hereby is inscructed and directed to cause a
certified copy of this resolution, attested [o and sealed with Che official
seal of the City, to be recorded with the County Recorder of the Coun[y of
Santa Clara, California, forthvith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this Sth day of February , 1979, by the folloving vote:
