A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND Df21ANDS PAYABLE IN THE
AMOUNTS A,YD FROM THE FUNDS AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FOR
SALARIES AND WAGES FOR THE PAYROLL PERIOD ENDING
SEPTII~fBER 12, 1978
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance or his designated representative has
certified to the accuracy of the iollowing claims and demands and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof• and
WfiEREAS, the said claims and demands have been audited as required by
law;
