RESOLUTION N0. 4776
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
. APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH-
EAST CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK SOULEVARD AND PORTAL AVENUE;
DEVELOPER, ORCHARD VALLEY PARTNERSHIP; AND AUTHORIZING THE
; CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN THE PARCEL MAP

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record the parcel map of property located at the south-
i east corner of Stevens Creek Soulevard and Portal Avenue by Orchard Valley
Partnership;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the parcel map herein referred to
, is hereby approved and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said
, map and have it recorded.
