CC Resolution No. 4775 ~ • RESOLUTION N0. 4775 . A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING TFSE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT N0. 6190 LOCATED AT FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AT ALPINE DRIVE, DEVELOPER BAS HOMES, INC., ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEhiENTS; AUTfiORIZING SIGNING OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVIIdENT PLaPJS; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for authorization to record final map of Tract Nc. 6190 located along Foothill Boulevard at Alpine Drive showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads by BAS Homes, Inc.; and WfiEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney; YOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a. Said final map and improvement plans of, be and the same are hereby approved. b. The easements shown thereon and the offer of dedication for public u[ilities are hereby accepted. c. The City Engineer and the C1ty Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map. d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvemen[ plans. e. The lfayor and the Ci[y Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreemen[ herein referred to.
