' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
! ;NAKING ITS ORDER DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES DESIGNATED AS
I "PALM 78-14" TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY AND ORDERING AN-
:1EXATIONS TO THE CITY WITHOUT PUBLIC HEARING AS PROVIDED
BY LAW; dPPROXIMATELY 0.9194 ACRE LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD BETWEEN WALNUT CIRCLE SOUTki
AND PALP! AVENUE
G'HE:2EAS, pursuanc co the provisions of the :iunicipal Organization act
of 1977, proceedings have been initiaced by the Cicy Council, at che requesc
oi all the o~,mers of che real propercy situate in the property hereinatcer
described, on its own mo[ion to annex to the Cicy all oi that uninhabited
territo r~ situate in che County of Santa Clara, Scate oi California hereby
designaced as "Palm 78-14" ; and
TN~HERE~, the Sanca Clara County Local agency Formation Coc~ission, oy
Resolution Vo. 78-118 adopted the th day of Julv , 1918,
has auchorized the Cicy of Cupertino to anne:c che territor;~ described in Exhibit
"a" and as shown on the map in Exhibit "B", designated as "Palm 78-14" ,
without notice, hearing or election in accordance with Section 35221 oE che
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds chat it is to the best interest oi che
Cicy and of the territoryproposed to be annexed chat che territory be annexed
~.ri[hout public hearing;
VOtd, THEREFORE, BE IT cZESOLVED that che cerri~ory described in Exnibit
and as shown on the map in Esnibit "B", atcached herzto and made part
hereof, is hereby annexed to [he Cicy of Cupertino.

eastzrly right-of-way of Foochill Boulevard (50 iee[ wide) also said line
as being a portion of said annexacion to the City oi Cupertino entitled,

central angle of 90° 00' 00" for an arc discance oi 23.56 faet also said
curve as being along said annexacion "Palm 72-3";
thence 5.89° 53'E., 185.24 feet along the northerly right-of-way of Palm '
Avenue (50 feet wide) also said line as being along said aanexation "Palm
' 72-3", to che southeas[erly corner oi said lot 262;
thence ;t. 0° 07'E., 200.24 feet along the easterly boundary line of said
lots 262 and 254, also said line being the westerly boundary line of that
certain annexation to the City of Cupertino by Resolution Vo. 4521 entitled
