CC Resolution No. 4746 ~ ~ 1 RESOLUTIOM ~0. 4746 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING PARCEL MAP eL*ID IMPROVEMENT PL~V~S OF PROPERTY LOCATED aLONG TULA LANE; DEVELOPER, PHYLLIS CHEST;NTT; .~UTHORIZING E.YECITTION OF IMPROVEME:IT AGREEME:IT; ?.UTHOR- IZINC SIG:II:IG OF PARCEL MAP eVVD I:IPROVII~lENT PLANS WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval of the parcel map and improvement plans oi property located along Tula Lane by Phyllis Chestnutt; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement for che construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit), fees, and deposits as set forth in Eshibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out o[ said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a. Said parcel map and improvement plans herein referred to are hereby approved. b. The offer of dedication for street areas and easements is hereby accepted. c. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said improvemenc plans. d. The City Engineer and [he City Clerk are hereby au[horized to sign said parcel map and have it recorded. e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized [o execute the agreement herein referred to.
