RESOLUTION N0. 4743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
D.S.R. PROPERTIES, TANTAU AND PRUNERIDGE AVENUES
W}iEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agree-
ment for the improvemen[ of property located at Tantau Avenue and Pruneridge
Avenue by D.S.R. Properties, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit),
fees, and deposita as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the
faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement, and
said agreement having been approved by the Ci[y A[torney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hezeby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred [o.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 3rd day of July , 1978, by the following vote:
