APPROVING THE FINAL :fAP AND IMPROVEMENT PI.eV`IS OF TR.1CT
I N0. 6332 LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF BL~V~EY AVE:WE SOUTH
~ OF STEVENS CREEK BLVD.; DEVELOPER, WILLIAMS PROPERTIES,
I INC.; ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF
; FINAL MAP r1ND IMPROVEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING THE E.KECU-
TION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Ci[y Council for approval and
for authorization to record final map of Tract No. 6332 located on the
' east side of Blaney Avenue south of Stevens Creek Boulevard by Williams Prop-
erties, Inc.; and
WFiEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement
for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for other improvements,
and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposi:s as set forth in Exhibit "A"
~ having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and che carry-
ing out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been ap-
proved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha[
a. Said final map and improvemen[ plans of Tract No. 6332, be and the
same are hereby approved.
b. The public service ease~ents shown thereon and the offer of dedica-
tion for public utilities are hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
said final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby au[horized to sign [he improvement plans.
e. The Mayor and [he City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 19th day of June , 1978, by the following vote:
